Selecting Fields for your Query

When you add a table to your query, all the fields (columns) are automatically selected. You change the check boxes to  include only the columns that you require in your page.

 

Tip:  If you only need at few columns, Right-Click the table title and choose the "Select No Items" option from the popup menu.  Then manually select the columns that you would like to retain.
