Sorting Data

You can specify a sort order using the SQL Builder - Your data can be ascending or descending as you require.

To define the Sort Order:

1. Right Click on the field you want to sort, and select Sort Ascending or Sort Descending as required.

Note: If you specify more than one sort, then each additional sort is performed within the prior sorts (preserving  the higher level sorts).

To change the sort priority:

1. Right Click on sort field and select the Sort Order option from its popup menu.

2. The Sort dialog box appears. You can change the order of the field by dragging each field up or down to the desired order.
